Fisheye effect or photos with convex lenses is a photographic technique that uses a unique lens to take a photo subject in a circular or circular frame. If you don't have a fisheye camera, you can create one using Photoshop. The first step is to make a circle selection using the Elliptical Marquee Tool, inverse the selection, fill the selection with black, re-inverse the selection, give it a distort spherize filter, and finally crop the image so that it has a square fisheye effect. 1. Open Your Photo.
Select menu File> Open to open the Open dialog box. Select your photo file then click the Open button.

2. Select the Elliptical Marquee Tool.
Click the Elliptical Marquee Tool icon in the Tool Panel.
3. Make a Circle selection.
While holding down the Shift key on your keyboard, click on the top left corner of the photo then drag it towards the bottom right. To move the selection, please drag while pressing the Space bar button.
4. Inverse Selection.
Select menu Select> Inverse.
5. Fill the selection with black.
Select menu Edit> Fill. Click the city color and select black. Click the OK button.
6. Inverse Selection Again.
Inverse the selection again by choosing menu Select> Inverse.
7. Apply the Spherize Filter.
Select menu Filter> Distort> Spherize, click the OK button. Choose menu Select> Deselect to remove the selection.
8. Select the Crop Tool.
Click the Crop Tool icon on the tool panel.
9. Crop Image.
Click then drag on the fisheye in the form of a square, then select the menu Image> Crop.
